The Church of God Sabbath Fellowship in Mineral Wells (Parkersburg area), West Virginia, will sponsor a Feast of Tabernacles site in Sevierville, Tennessee, for 2026. Dates are Sept 26 through Oct 3. The first service will be Saturday morning, Sept 26 at 10:30am. Daily services will be 10:30 each morning, except the last day, Oct 3, services will be at 11:00am for the convenience of those guests checking out that day.
Services will be held at the Holiday Inn Express located at 121 Nascar Drive, Sevierville/ Pigeon Forge, TN. The meeting room capacity is 100 (125 if necessary).
You can see the hotel and the configuration of the guest room layouts by going to the website of the Holiday Inn Epresss, 121 Nascar Drive, Sevierville, TN. All guest rooms consist of 2 rooms (no doors), with a bathroom in the middle. There is a microwave, mini fridge, and 2 TVs in each unit.
We have 10 rooms (5 double queen beds and 5 king beds) reserved in a block that will be saved for us, along with our group rates, up until August 21, 2026. For reservations call the hotel at 865-428-1721. The group code is FOT. You must make your reservation before that date in order to get the discounted church rate.
The weekday rate Mon-Thur is $109 per night, plus tax. The weekend rate on Fri-Sun is $169 per day, plus tax. The tax rate is 12.75%. This makes the total price per night Mon-Thur at $122.90, and the weekend rate Fri-Sat-Sun at $190.55 per night. It is peak leaf season so the weekend demands are higher. Free breakfast is included.
These are NOT condo units, as we've had in the past, so please be advised that staying at the hotel might not work well for families. However, there are hundreds of AirBnB and VRB0 rental homes/ cabins/ and condos in this area. Many are just a few minutes away. It is strongly advised that you use a reputable rental agent such as AirBnB or VRBO, but please make sure you pay close attention to their cancellation policy. Most have very reasonable refund cut-off dates if you must cancel your reservations, but we have run across one that only allowed 24-hours after making the reservation, so please read each rental policy carefully.
The Holiday Inn cancellation policy is as follows: You may cancel your reservation up to 31 days prior to arrival with no penalty. One night room will be charged to the guest credit card on file 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. Guest who cancel their reservation between 1-7 days prior to arrival will be responsible to pay for FULL stay with payment their credit card. No refunds for early departures.
The Holiday Inn will charge 1-room night deposit of $190.55 on August 24, 2026. Remaining balance will be due on the day of arrival and is non-refundable. No checks accepted.
There are countless attractions and things to do in the Servierville/ Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area, not to mention the beautiful Smoky Mountain National Park.
