At Avista Resort each condo has a full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove and oven, dishwasher. A washing machine/dryer unit is in each condo (these are smaller machines for small loads; however the resort has a guest laundry facility with full-size washers & dryers).
There is an on-site restaurant, private covered parking, 3 pools, 2 lazy rivers, 1 kiddie pool, and 3 hot tubs, state of the art fitness center, bell stand & porter service, concierge service, daily housekeeping service and 24-hour front desk.
Each living room area has an ocean front view. Some bedrooms also have an ocean view. All 3BR & 2BR units have a sleeper sofa. All 1BR units include a wall Murphy bed.
We have provided the price of the inclusive rates per night AFTER taxes. The first price is the rate per night BEFORE taxes. The second price will include all combined taxes and fees of 29.99%.
